Do you work with my existing QuickBooks/Xero file?+
Yes. We can take over an existing file and clean it up, or migrate you to a fresh QBO or Xero install — whichever makes more sense after we review what you have.
How fast can you onboard?+
Two weeks. Day 1 = discovery call. Day 5 = proposal signed. Day 10 = clean books, integrations live. Day 14 = first proper monthly close delivered.
Will you fix three years of messy books?+
Yes. Catch-up work is quoted separately as a one-time project — usually 3 to 8 weeks depending on volume and condition. We do it once, properly, so going forward your monthly close is fast.
What if I have multiple legal entities?+
Handled. We do consolidated and stand-alone books for parent companies, holdcos, and operating subs.
Do you do payroll too?+
